The Living Room
The light, bright, cream decor makes the very the most of dual aspect windows that flood the apartment with light. In the sitting room guests will find a sofa and armchair to relax in after a busy day sightseeing. Here too are some wonderful additions such as a Ruark music system that can bluetooth music from mobile devices, a large flat screen smart TV to which guests can stream from their Netflix accounts and a telephone that accepts incoming calls (it allows outgoing 999 calls).
The guest information folder includes a list of recommended restaurants but just in case a night in with a takeaway or a home cooked meal is preferred, then there is a dining table and chairs for two.
Food and Dining
There is a fully-equipped luxury kitchen equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher as well as a full sized fridge/freezer. This gives guests the option of dining in making use of some of the fine local produce on offer in the area. We are delighted to provide guests with a welcome pack of teas, coffees etc. We are also happy to accommodate grocery deliveries from the main supermarkets.
The bedroom is a tranquil , peaceful space with a feature wrought iron bedstead, original fireplace, dressing table and lots of hanging space.
There is also a digital alarm clock radio, a TV with built in DVD player and a trouser press . Blackout curtains and a luxury pocket sprung mattress ensure a good night's sleep.
A contemporary fitted bathroom suite to the left of the entrance on the lower floor has a luxury Jacuzzi bath tub and overhead shower allowing guests to effortlessly unwind at the end of the day. Private laundry facilities also feature for guests' convenience. Complimentary toiletries are also supplied.
Parking and Leisure Facilities
Outside a private allocated parking space is provided in the car park at the rear of the crescent (viewable from the lounge window). Guests are also welcome to make use of the gardens surrounding the crescent as well as the bar terrace that belongs to the nearby Osborne Hotel.
Guests of the apartment can use the indoor leisure facilities of the Osborne Hotel's Health Club, these include indoor swimming pool, gym and sauna. The outside tennis courts are also available (Please note: additional charges apply as the Osborne Hotel is an entriely separate business not connected to the apartment- please check at Osborne Hotel Reception for charges).
The South West Cliff path passes close by so visitors can experience some beautiful coastal scenerey including Thatcher's Rock and The Orestone. Daddy Hole Plain is a few minutes's walk away and from there visitors can see panoramic views of Tor Bay across to Brixham.
Meadfoot Beach is quite literally only a stone's throw from the apartment. Here there are water sports and a beach cafe.
